1. STAND SERVICE
The exhibitor has two alternatives for the stand/ booth design.
a) Special Area: This is the option for the participant who prefers to design their own stand. The required area is drawn and given to the decorator of the company. The unit price per square meter differs for each fair.
b) Standard Stand Structure: The participant can enlarge the stand as much as he wants. The exhibitor company submits its requests as extra materials such as tables, chairs, spots, carpets, trash cans, stand cleaning, which are included in the Standard Stand price, to Meridyen Fuarcılık by choosing from the extra material list and until the specified date. 'Extra Materials' are not included in the Standard Stand Construction Fee. The stand design is shaped as a result of the joint work of Meridyen Fuarcılık and the exhibitor. After the stand is drawn and made ready in line with the requests of the participant; it is submitted to the approval of the company managers. The final stand design is delivered to the exhibition center. The name of the fascia must comply with the standards set by the exhibition center.
2. GOVERNMENT SUPPORT SERVICE
Meridyen notifies all exhibitors the necessary documents and other details regarding the state support of the exhibitor company 30 days before the fair’s starting date. Following the end date of the fair, Meridyen follows up and finalizes the applications of all participants by adding the documents that the participants have prepared and sent before the fair.
3. REKLAM VE TANITIM HİZMETİ
Meridyen Fuarcılık, katılımcıların veya ilgilenen firmaların talep etmesi durumunda, fuarların düzenlendiği ülkelerde yürütülen alternatif reklam mecralarını (banner-bilboard-oyun alanlarında reklam) proje ekibi aracılığıyla firmalara bildirir. Meridyen Fuarcılık, yukarıda belirtilen yurt dışı reklam kampanyaları ile potansiyel müşterilerine ulaşmak isteyen firmalara yardımcı olmakta, firmaların doğru kişilerle iletişime geçmesi için hizmet vermektedir.
